These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the website apidevelopmenttools.digital and the application analytics sessions offered by apidevelopmenttools (“we”, “us”), located at 210-5, Jugyori, Yesan-eup, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea.

Services

We provide scheduled professional services including Analytics Health Audits, Event Taxonomy Workshops, Funnel Readout Sessions, and Instrumentation Pair Reviews. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope, timing, and fees in writing after your request.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Reference fees on the pricing page are not offers to sell digitally. Invoices and deposits, when applicable, are arranged offline after confirmation.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, timely access to the data and systems required for the agreed session, and a point of contact authorized to make decisions about event naming and priorities. Delays in access may shift delivery dates we previously estimated.

Intellectual property

Written reports, taxonomy drafts, and checklists we create for you under a paid engagement are licensed to your organization for internal use. You may not resell our materials as a product. Your data and preexisting documentation remain yours.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public product and analytics information shared for an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the session, unless you authorize otherwise or disclosure is required by law.

Warranties and limitation

Sessions are professional guidance based on information available at the time. We do not warrant specific business outcomes, revenue changes, or uninterrupted use of third-party analytics tools. To the extent permitted by applicable Korean law, our liability for a given engagement is limited to fees you paid us for that engagement.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit abusive content through forms. We may update site content without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction over Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
