Process

Four passes every engagement follows

Application analytics work at apidevelopmenttools stays paced and written down—so teams leave with decisions, not another vague roadmap slide.

01

Frame

We confirm the question you actually need answered—coverage gaps, taxonomy debt, one funnel, or a pending instrumentation change—and the access required before any sampling begins.

02

Sample

We inspect live and historical payloads, naming collisions, and report paths that matter to your stakeholders. Findings are marked in shared notes as we go, not held for a surprise reveal.

03

Decide

Priorities are ranked by impact on decisions you already make. Workshops force ownership; audits force a fix order; readouts force caveats before charts.

04

Hand off

You receive the written deliverable for that session type, plus a short window for clarifying questions. Follow-on sessions are optional and scheduled only when useful.

What you practice against

Your own event catalogs, staging payloads, and funnel questions—not a generic platform demo. Remote teams across Korea join on video; local teams can visit Jugyori when a whiteboard helps. The written artifact is the product of the engagement.
